This role includes a combination of inbound and outbound sales, with full training and support provided. Whether you’re experienced in insurance or new to the industry, we’ll help you succeed.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, or call center is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven and self-motivated
- Must be coachable and able to follow a proven process
- Active Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain one (we can help)
- Bilingual a plus (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and text (leads provided)
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate auto and home insurance coverage
- Ask every client about life insurance as a part of a complete coverage conversation
- Provide accurate quotes and follow up with clients to close the sale
- Build relationships with customers for long-term retention and referrals
- Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines
- Track activity and follow-ups using a CRM system
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
