Outbound Sales Experience: You’re comfortable making outbound calls and marketing a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, and motorcycle insurance. You know how to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.

Experience: While prior sales experience is a bonus, we value drive, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to succeed. If you’re new to the industry, we’ll provide the training and support to set you up for success.

License: If you don’t have an insurance license yet, no worries—we’ll help you get there. If you already have one, that’s even better!

Communication Skills: You know how to listen, connect, and engage. You’re a people person who enjoys helping others and can clearly explain the value of insurance products.

Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using digital tools to manage your workflow and connect with clients. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
