• Ability to Obtain Insurance Licensing – Must be able to meet state licensing requirements (we’ll pay for the classes and guide you through the process if you’re not already licensed).
• Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and digital tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy information efficiently.
• Grow Your Network & Income – Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, community engagement, and outreach strategies, including cold calling.
• Be a Trusted Advisor – Assess clients’ unique needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions from a full suite of products, including Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance.
• Educate & Empower Clients – Conduct engaging presentations and personalized consultations to help individuals and businesses understand their coverage options and benefits.
