• Open to obtaining necessary insurance licenses
• Personable, compassionate, and energetic personality
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confident presentation abilities
• Motivated to achieve performance goals and earn bonuses based on measurable targets

• Educate prospects on everyday risks and demonstrate how insurance solutions offer protection
• Consult with 40-50 new clients monthly to assess needs and recommend tailored insurance coverage
• Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
• Qualify leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and manage opportunities through each stage of the sales funnel
