Who We're Looking For:



  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
  •  1+ Year of Insurance Sales Experience (Captive Agency Preferred)
  •  Self-Motivated & Competitive – Thrives in a high-energy, results-driven environment
  •  Exceptional Communicator – Confident, professional, and engaging
  •  Proactive Sales Mindset – Enjoys building relationships and closing deals
  •  Willingness to Learn & Be Coached – Always looking to improve and grow
  •  Ability to Work Full-Time On-Site at Our Wake Forest, NC Office
Responsibilities


What You'll Do



  •    Achieve & Exceed Sales Goals – Close new business and build lasting client relationships
  •   Make 100-150 Outbound Calls Daily – Follow up on leads & generate new business
  •   Create Tailored Insurance Quotes – Educate clients and recommend the right coverage
  •   Develop Local Business Relationships – Work with real estate agents, lenders, and auto dealers
  •   Ensure a Positive Customer Experience – Provide expert guidance and ongoing support
