Requirements

Licensing: Valid Florida Insurance License is highly preferred but not required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Sales Target: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new policies and client retention.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell additional insurance products to existing clients.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.

Feedback Gathering: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service and product offerings.
