Salary Range: $55,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Oregon Property & Casualty license is highly preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, account management, or customer service is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Customer-Centric: A strong focus and dedication towards achieving high customer satisfaction and retention.

Adaptability: Ability to flourish in a hybrid remote environment, balancing home office tasks with in-office duties.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with acute attention to detail.

Technological Proficiency: Competency with CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage with policyholders to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Call Management: Handle incoming calls efficiently, resolving inquiries and providing outstanding service.

Policy Development: Customize and recommend insurance plans to meet clients' specific requirements.

Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance client portfolios through bundling and additional policies.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.

Ongoing Education: Stay informed on industry trends and changes to offer knowledgeable advice.
