We’re seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition who is driven to identify, attract, and develop top talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a recruiting-focused environment and is motivated to connect high-quality candidates with meaningful career opportunities. You will take ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing onboarding and guiding prospects through the decision process.

  • Base salary starting at $55,000 with first-year earnings of $60,000 to $80,000, with potential to exceed $100,000

Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Source and identify candidates for agency staff
  • Manage and maintain an active recruiting pipeline
  • Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate fit
  • Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
  • Follow up consistently to move candidates through the pipeline
  • Present opportunities and close candidates effectively
