The Medicare & Life Benefits Account Service Representative plays a key role in helping clients navigate important insurance decisions while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a primary point of contact for Medicare and Life customers, this position is responsible for building strong client relationships, addressing service needs, answering coverage questions, assisting with policy changes, and coordinating with insurance carriers on behalf of customers. Through proactive communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service, the Account Manager supports customer retention, client satisfaction, and the agency's continued growth.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service, administrative, healthcare, insurance, or related experience preferred.
• Insurance experience is not required. We will provide training and support for the right candidate.
• Pennsylvania insurance license or the ability to obtain and maintain required licensing within a designated timeframe – licensing and training support will be provided.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard business software applications.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions within the agency management system.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal team members to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare regulations, carrier requirements, and agency procedures.
• Support customer retention efforts through proactive service and relationship management.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
