We are a fast-growing, top 1% Farmers Insurance agency seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing & Growth Specialist to help generate new business and elevate our brand in the community. This role is perfect for someone who loves marketing, understands lead generation, and wants to see their ideas directly translate into measurable growth.

This is not a “set it and forget it” role — we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, brings ideas to the table, and is excited to help scale a high-performing agency

Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive leads and brand awareness

Manage social media, digital marketing, and online presence

Coordinate referral programs, community outreach, and local events

Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results

Collaborate closely with sales and agency leadership to support growth goals

Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh marketing ideas and campaigns

Data-driven mindset — understands tracking, analytics, and ROI

Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative

Strong communicator (written, verbal, and visual)

Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns at once
