Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Account/ Office Manager will be responsible to provide leadership for exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

P&C Licensed and 3+ years of Insurance industry knowledge and experience is required.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
• Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
• Collaborating with other areas of the Agency to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
• Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s needs
• Ensure clients requests changes etc are met in a timely manner and with a focus on improving the customer experience
• Helping the Agency achieve the goals set by the company to maxmise profitable growth
• Help agency fulfill sales goals
• Manage existing staff and help train an onboard new hires
• maintaining compliance, and ensuring the office environment is conducive to productivity and client satisfaction.
