In this role, you will provide leadership in servicing our existing client base while supporting new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, handling policy change requests, maintaining in-depth knowledge of our insurance products, and serving as a trusted resource for client questions and coverage guidance. Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry (personal lines preferred); additional experience strongly valued
Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, with strong attention to grammar, spelling, and professional correspondence
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, including navigating complex situations where solutions are not immediately apparent
Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work
Ability to adapt and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Advanced proficiency with agency management systems and a variety of technology platforms to enhance efficiency and streamline processes
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Commitment to maintaining licensing requirements through continuing education and pursuing professional designations as appropriate
Strong knowledge of industry trends, carrier guidelines, coverages, and emerging technologies, with a proactive approach to ongoing learning
Prior experience in team leadership, supervision, or agency management is a strong plus
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and provide timely, accurate solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and identify opportunities for cross-selling and new business
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client requests are handled efficiently and to the highest service standards
Proactively resolve client concerns while maintaining detailed and accurate account documentation
Manage policy changes, endorsements, and service requests with a strong focus on responsiveness and overall client experience
Support agency growth by contributing to retention, profitability, and achievement of sales goals
Assist in driving new business opportunities through referrals and account rounding
Provide leadership support by mentoring team members and assisting with training and onboarding of new hires
Maintain compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements while upholding agency procedures
Foster a positive, organized office environment that promotes productivity, teamwork, and client satisfaction
