We offer flexibility based on how you prefer to operate, but this role is best suited for producers who want to build income through production.
Option 1: Base Salary + Commission
Base income paired with commission on new business
Ongoing commission on renewal business
Option 2: Commission Only (Higher Splits)
No base salary
Higher commission on both new and renewal business

This is a producer role within GSP Insurance Group, focused on building and maintaining client relationships within the agency.
We handle the infrastructure, carrier relationships, and operations—so you can focus on building relationships and growing your income.

This role is a strong fit for someone with a background in benefits or voluntary products (Aflac, Colonial, etc.) who has been successful building relationships and generating their own business.
