This is a performance-driven, outside producer role focused on building relationships and generating new business—not waiting on inbound leads.

The listed compensation range reflects total earning potential, not guaranteed base salary.

What This Role Looks Like

This is a true outside sales role.

We are not a shop where commercial producers sit and wait for inbound. Success here comes from building relationships, networking, and consistently creating your own pipeline.

If you’ve been producing and feel like you could do more in the right environment—with less internal friction—this may be a strong fit.

Compensation (Built for Producers)

We offer flexibility based on how you prefer to operate:

Option 1: Base Salary + Commission

Base income paired with commission on new business

Ongoing commission on renewal business

Option 2: Commission Only (Higher Splits)

No base salary

Higher commission on both new and renewal business

Designed for producers who want maximum earning potential

Base salary is part of a flexible structure and is not intended to represent total earnings. Most income in this role is driven by commission and renewals.

This is a producer role within GSP Insurance Group, focused on building and maintaining client relationships within the agency.

We handle the infrastructure, carrier relationships, and operations—so you can focus on producing and growing your income.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Commercial insurance experience or strong sales background preferred
  • Proven ability (or clear desire) to generate new business opportunities
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Consistent follow-up and pipeline management discipline
  • Positive, accountable, no-drama mindset
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new commercial business relationships
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities
  • Network within the local business community
  • Identify client needs and structure appropriate coverage solutions
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management
  • Work with internal team for quoting, servicing, and support
  • Stay organized and accountable within AgencyZoom and internal systems
