Job Overview

This is a true inside + outside producer role.

At GSP Insurance Group, we’re not a quote factory and we don’t believe in micromanaging adults. We’re building a team of producers who take ownership, build relationships, and actually enjoy what they do.

We do have inbound opportunities—referrals, website leads, and existing relationships—but the producers who succeed here don’t rely on those alone. They build their own pipeline through relationships and networking.

If you’re looking to sit and wait for leads, this won’t be a fit.

If you want flexibility, real earning potential, and a better environment to produce, we should talk.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
  • Previous sales or insurance experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and activity
  • Comfortable working both on the phone and in person
  • Organized, accountable, and consistent with follow-up
  • Positive, solutions-focused attitude (no drama, no excuses)
Responsibilities
  • Quote and write new personal lines business (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
  • Manage and follow up on inbound leads and referrals
  • Build and maintain your own pipeline through relationships, referrals, and networking
  • Communicate clearly with clients and guide coverage decisions (not just quote)
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and activity within your pipeline
  • Work within AgencyZoom and internal systems to track opportunities and tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth client experience
