As our Creative Growth & Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for turning ideas into content that drives attention, engagement, and inbound opportunities. You’ll help shape how GSP shows up online and in the community.

It’s an entry-level position with a clear path to grow into a Marketing Manager or Growth Lead role. If you’re creative, driven, and want to build something real, this is the perfect place to start.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into finished content
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Good eye for design and attention to detail
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and improve quickly
• Comfortable with computers and willing to learn new tools (Canva, social platforms, website tools, etc.)
• Previous content, marketing, or creative experience helpful, but not required

• Create blog content on a consistent basis
• Design and publish social media content (posts, graphics, short-form video)
• Manage and post across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
• Turn real-world insurance scenarios into engaging, easy-to-understand content
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms (blog → social → video)
• Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and brand growth
• Track what’s working and continuously improve content performance
• Engage with comments, messages, and local community interactions
• Support the team with marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events
• Grow into more ownership and strategy as skills develop
