  • Helping people actually understand their coverage no jargon, no pressure
  • Protecting what matters most: homes, cars, families, futures
  • Being the kind of agent people text thank you to
  • Following up like a pro with tools that make it easier, not harder
  • Jumping in with a growing team that's got each other's backs
  • Getting out in the community (because we live here too)

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active P&C license preferred (or ready to get one ASAP)


  • Experience in personal lines insurance is a plus but great salespeople welcome


  • Excellent communicator with a heart for service and a drive to win


  • Self-starter with solid follow-up skills (we don't micromanage)

Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to resource for personal lines insurance auto, home, umbrella, and more


  • Guide clients through options with honesty, clarity, and care


  • Manage a pipeline of leads, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities


  • Use our AMS/CRM system to stay organized and efficient


  • Work with our quoting team and support staff to make the process seamless


  • Represent GSP at local events and build real community connections


  • Embrace our culture and values we don't do corporate fluff, we do real
