GSP Insurance Group is a fast-growing, independent agency with offices in Bluffton, SC and Buford, GA. Since launching in 2021, we've built our business on strong relationships, tailored service, and a team-first culture. We're looking for a Licensed Account Manager who's motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to be a key part of our growth.

In this role, you'll manage service, renewals, and client experience across personal and small commercial lines. You'll work alongside a supportive team and be empowered to make a real impact not just follow a script.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Summer Friday Hours

• Active South Carolina Property & Casualty license

• 1+ years in an account management, CSR, or service role within insurance

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable with CRMs and AMS tools (EZLynx, etc.)

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized

• Strong team player with a client-first mindset

• Manage client accounts and policy renewals

• Handle service requests quickly and accurately

• Identify gaps or opportunities to improve coverage

• Support producers and collaborate with our service team

• Provide clear, consistent communication to clients

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience every time
