Requirements
  • Licensing: Active South Carolina Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or related industry is strongly encouraged.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
  • Customer-Focused: Proven ability to meet and exceed client expectations with a positive attitude.
  • Technology Proficiency: Competence in using CRM tools and modern communication platforms.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify client needs effectively and offer suitable solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Must exhibit excellent people skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a hybrid work setting.
  • Adaptability: Must be flexible and able to thrive in both office and remote work environments.
Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, leveraging various resources to increase the client base.
  • Policy Review: Conduct detailed reviews of policyholder accounts to ensure optimal coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide competitive quotes and strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to develop and implement sales strategies and meet team goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
