- Licensed? We provide a fun + fresh experience with uncapped monthly commissions!
Salary Range: $38,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Good vibes and a positive attitude!
- Relentless desire to win on a daily basis!
- Network of referral partners or willingness to develop one!
- Coachable!
- Punctual and organized!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Make outreach efforts (calls + emails) to existing and prospective customers daily.
- Work our real-time GEICO sales leads and existing book of business.
- Maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Learn the basics of GEICO insurance and how to sell our benefits to potential customers.
- Participate in community events, and create relationships to drive referrals.
