• Property & Casualty license required
• Previous insurance or sales experience is required
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Generate new clients through our significant inbound quotes, exclusive and warm brand leads, & already active agency referral partners.
• Help clients find the right coverage by assessing their needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions.
• Build long-term relationships by providing an exceptional experience.
• Represent the GEICO Towson brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and positive Influence.
