Associate will be responsible to handle service requests on  inbound calls and for walk in customers. Other responsibilities may include making 40-80 outbound calls per day. Full time opportunities available. Career development opportunities will be available!

Salary Range: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

• Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, a high-energy personality and a love of working with people is a must

• Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage
