First-year agents typically can expect to make $75,000–$85,000, with top agents earning $150,000+.

Monthly commissions average $2,000–$2,500 for new agents, with top agents earning $4,000–$4,500+.

Monthly bonus program up to $3,000: new agents typically earn around $1,500, with top agents earning $3,000.

Total monthly commission and bonus: new agents can expect $3,500–$4,000 with top agents earning $6,500–$7,000+.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

• Insurance sales experience preferred
