We are seeking a motivated Insurance Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, assessing their needs, and customizing insurance programs to suit individual clients.

Insurance License and prior sales experience are preferred but definitely not a requirement. We train, develop and license our own professionals. First year agents typically can expect to make upwards of $75,000-$85,000. Top agents make $150,000+.
Monthly commissions averages: new agents can typically expect to make between $2,000-$2,500/mo in commissions with top agents making $4,000-$4,500+/mo in commissions.
Monthly bonus program up to $3,000/mo: new agents can typically expect to make around $1,500/mo in bonus with top agents making $3,000/mo in bonus.
Total commission/bonus compensation per month expectations: new agents can typically expect $3,500-$4,000 with top agents making $6,500-$7,000+
Must be fluent in Spanish for this role.
Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
