• Representatives that have a bachelor's degree or above are preferred but not required.
• Business or marketing, and some experience in public relations or advertising. 
• 2- 3 years of Marketing and sales
• Fluent in Microsoft products
• Able to lift 50 - pounds ( when needed)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel, a valid driver's license, experience with event planning, execution and Safe driving History (5 year min History)
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, and a willingness to build relationships with potential customers through face-to-face interactions at events or retail locations
• Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily
• A great self-starter

• Campaign development: Create and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales and product awareness
• Event planning: Plan and execute marketing and sales programs, including trade shows and events
• Sales generation: Generate leads and drive sales
• Customer relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers, retail partners, and internal associates
• Budget management: Manage marketing budgets
• Industry trends: Monitor industry trends, competition, and new opportunities
• Consumer data: Gather and report customer intelligence to sales teams
• Training: Train and develop retail partners and consumers
• Product demonstrations: Develop and execute creative demonstration events
