Requirements
Licensing: Active Nevada Property & Casualty License required.Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Customer Focus: A passion for delivering excellent service and building lasting client relationships.Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a desire to work as part of a team.Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Listen to clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer personalized advice. In-Person Meetings: Meet with clients face-to-face to discuss insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage. Policy Management: Effectively manage client policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions. Claims Assistance: Assist clients with insurance claims to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients and earn their trust.
