Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements

Experience: Prior sales or customer service experience.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate insurance policy features and benefits effectively.

Customer-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills with a dedication to providing exceptional client service.

Motivation: A positive, proactive approach to work, with a keen desire for continuous personal and professional development.

Driving Skills: A valid driver's license to facilitate client visits and outreach activities.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bellevue and surrounding areas is advantageous for community-based client interactions.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively interact with prospective and existing clients in Bellevue to understand their insurance needs and provide insightful recommendations.

Service Proposals: Develop and present service proposals tailored to each client's risk and insurance requirements.

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through referrals, networking, and direct engagement, expanding our client base in the Bellevue area.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house team to ensure a seamless client experience from consultation to policy implementation.

Client Education: Explain complex insurance terminology and concepts in clear, simple language to help clients make informed decisions.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to keep up with industry trends and company product offerings.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
