We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing information about policies, resolving concerns, processing policy changes and payments, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to help customers navigate their insurance needs.
Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour

High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry a plus. Property and Casualty licenses required (if you are not already licensed my office provides free study materials and pays for each license). Highly motivated, able to multi-task, good with customers, computer literate and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Daily tasks involve communicating with customers and prospects via phone, email and text. Processing payments. Following up on daily and weekly alerts, task setting, documentation, appointment setting and filing. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage policy retention.
