We are seeking a driven, energetic Marketing Representative to join our Farmers Insurance Agency in Corpus Christi. Salary Range: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)

Active Property & Casualty OR Life & Health license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or insurance preferred

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Strong phone presence and ability to make cold calls confidently

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software

Social media and digital marketing knowledge a plus

Reliable transportation for attending marketing events

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

Cold call and follow up with leads from various sources

Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects

Identify and attend community and networking events to promote the agency

Build and maintain relationships with referral partners

Marketing & Brand Awareness

Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)

Help manage and grow our social media presence

Increase our Google reviews and online reputation through client engagement

Research and recommend new marketing opportunities

Customer Interaction

Answer incoming calls professionally and route as needed

Provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing clients

Gather necessary information to help the sales team prepare quotes

Team Support

Work closely with the Agent to achieve agency marketing goals

Maintain detailed records of leads, calls, and marketing activities

Assist with special projects and campaigns as assigned
