This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits

NO INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position. We can guide you on how to get it.

The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks.

You MUST have the drive to win and be able to follow our proven system of success.

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is always a bonus
• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Must be motivated and determined
