This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits

Based on experience, the pay range will be between $36,000 - $56,000. Our newest Customer Service and Sales Agents has earned around $50,000 per year on average based on salary + bonus + commissions. These financial achievements are a result of our formula for success:

A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License will be required for the position and if you are the right candidate, we can help you get it.

The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Answer client calls and provide prompt, accurate and friendly support
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales
• Pivot conversations and cross-sell new business to existing clients
• Work system alerts
• Review billing accounts and take premium payments
• Follow up on claims experience
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• All other duties as assigned
