Job Overview

The Director of Operations (DOO) at Fox Mountain Property Inspections is a strategic and operational leader responsible for ensuring seamless execution of business functions, exceptional client experiences, and scalable growth through systemized operations. In addition to overseeing client care and operational systems, the DOO will also directly manage the Growth Coordinator, our dedicated Sales and Marketing Associate, ensuring alignment between operational execution and business development initiatives.

This is an ideal role for a results-driven leader who excels in fast-paced, digital environments and can bridge the gap between operational excellence and growth strategy.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

You’re a detail-oriented leader who understands the importance of process, communication, and accountability. You have the foresight to anticipate operational needs and the energy to see things through with a hands-on, proactive approach.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years in an operations, administrative, or leadership role

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong ability to manage and mentor teams

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experienced with cloud-based platforms like Dropbox and Google Drive

Skilled in Adobe Acrobat Pro (form creation/editing)

Comfortable working in or adapting to property inspection, home services, or field-based industries

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)

Experience with ISN (Inspection Support Network) or similar scheduling software

Background in marketing coordination or sales team oversight

College degree (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations: Manage forecasting, budgeting, HR processes, licenses (across multiple states), insurance, and legal administration.

Client Care Leadership: Lead our in-house support team and oversee the activities of our backup call center to ensure top-tier customer experience.

Technology & Tools: Maintain VOIP phone systems, scheduling software (ISN), and cloud platforms to support operational efficiency.

Team Training & Oversight: Conduct performance reviews, coach client care staff, and create scripts, SOPs, and documentation.

Sales & Marketing Oversight: Manage our Growth Coordinator (Sales & Marketing Associate) by supporting campaign rollouts, tracking lead generation efforts, reviewing content calendars, and guiding growth-focused initiatives.

Meetings & Strategy: Collaborate with the President on strategy, contribute to inspector meeting agendas, and help drive organizational improvements.
