Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred, and capable of working with service guest opportunities.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interactions.

Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth through effective sales technique.

Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve dealership goals.

Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by dealership hours.

Client Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and present appropriate models and features.

Sales Process: Follow a structured sales process to guide customers from initial inquiry to the final sale.

Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed on the latest vehicles, features, and promotions to provide customers with up-to-date information.

Test Drives: Coordinate and conduct test drives to demonstrate the benefits and features of vehicles effectively.

Document Processing: Accurately complete all sales documentation and ensure compliance with dealership policies.

Customer Service: Provide outstanding after-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
