Certification: Must possess a Toyota Master Technician certification with proven expertise in Toyota vehicles.

Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient diagnosis and repair of issues.

Teamwork: Ability to work cohesively with a team of technicians and service advisors.

Customer Service: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift heavy parts and operate power tools.

Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks on Toyota vehicles, ensuring they meet manufacturer specifications.

Diagnosis: Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.

Repair Execution: Perform repairs on brake systems, engines, transmission, steering, and other vehicle components with precision.

Service Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed, including parts used and time spent.

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure vehicles are roadworthy and meet customer expectations.

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs, offering guidance and solutions to their automotive concerns.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow technicians, sharing insights and assisting with complex repair tasks when needed.
