Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in auto sales, preferably within the Toyota brand.

Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating a sales team effectively.

Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive industry and Toyota's product line.

Customer Service Excellence: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Leadership: Ability to provide guidance, set goals, and support team members in achieving sales targets.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and automotive sales software.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed their targets.

Inventory Management: Manage and maintain optimal stock levels of Toyota vehicles.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, providing excellent service and building strong relationships.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies.

Sales Training: Provide regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
