• Prior Allstate agency sales experience
• An active Property/Casualty insurance license
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Prior Insurance Sales Experience.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

• Achieve sales goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads provided by the agency.
• Ensure that our agency sales process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
• Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly
• Responsible for accurate underwriting
• Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance
• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry
