Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach-able.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude and must be a team player.
- Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Process and review and cross-sell renewals.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via phone, networking, and other multiple sources.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Prospects for new business by generating from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
