Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Previous customer service, administrative, sales experience.
• Insurance experience and licenses is a plus but not required. Must be able to obtain Property Casualty license before full hire date.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to learn and navigate insurance and financial software systems.
• A positive and empathetic demeanor when interacting with clients.

• Assist in marketing and community outreach events.
• Discuss coverage options and provide recommendations for auto, home, business, life insurance
• Provide onboarding for new clients
• Outreach to potential client prospects- lead generation provided and natural market encouraged
• Assist in service of existing clients
• Work closely with agency owner to develop knowledge of business and client service
• Develop to be a coverage specialist
• Stay up to date on training schedule
