We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Design Producer to bring inspired event designs to life. This collaborative role supports our Design Manager, who leads creative vision and concept development, and then takes the reins to oversee production, logistics, and execution to ensure every detail is delivered exactly as intended. This hands-on position translates creative concepts into seamless, real-world experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills and a sharp eye for detail. • Understanding of event production logistics.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and event planning tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for creating memorable and impactful experiences.

• Translate creative ideas into detailed production
• Execute variety of physical installations, including large format printing, vinyl wrapping, engraving, floral centerpieces, and custom theme styling
• Oversee seamless execution of event designs on-site, ensuring attention to detail and quality standards.
• Manage project deadlines
