Shift Meals

• 1+ year of culinary or kitchen experience (catering or high volume kitchens preferred)
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in both production kitchen and live event environments
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for travel to off site events
• Positive, team oriented attitude with a collaborative mindset
• Interest in developing culinary skills and growing into leadership over time

• Prepare and cook menu items in the production kitchen following established recipes and quality standards
• Execute event menus with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, portioning, and plating
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth production and successful event execution
• Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift
• Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and assist with menu development and testing
