We’re looking for a savvy, hospitality-driven Sales expert to help clients envision and book unforgettable events with ease and excitement. Raise your hand if you love connecting with people, dream in champagne toasts and floorplans, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative sales environment.

As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll help clients imagine what’s possible, shape initial concepts, and move them confidently toward booking. Working closely with our Event Producers, you’ll support a sales process that is warm, efficient, and highly personalized. This is a client-facing, detail-attentive, results-driven position perfect for someone who is energized by selling experiences and thrives on relationship-building.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Leadership Development

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for creating exceptional events.

• Manage client inquiries
• Prepare detailed proposals with menu and design inspiration
• Close deals for off-premise catering and event planning
• Coordinate event details with clients, culinary team, and event producers.
• Host client meetings, walkthroughs, and tastings
• Manage multiple events simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
