Licensing: Active Indiana Property & Casualty License is recommended. Licensing assistance available.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly valued.

Proactive: Ability to identify potential sales opportunities and take initiative.

Sales acumen: Strong ability to sell and cross-sell products and services effectively.

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.

Sales Goals: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through dedicated effort and strategic selling techniques.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and services to effectively communicate to clients.

Quote Preparation: Generate and provide insurance quotations based on clients' risk profiles and needs.

Client Support: Address client inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information and guidance.

Networking: Participate in marketing and networking activities to attract new clients and expand the agency's reach.
