Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed). Reimbursement program available for entry-level candidates.
  • Previous office experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities
  • Handle follow-ups and take payments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Perform daily service work on current client accounts
  • Produce accurate production reports
  • Maintain organized client files
  • Assist agents in setting appointments
  • Help current clients with billing and payment questions
