Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain the appropriate insurance licenses.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; coursework in business or finance is a plus.

Interest in Sales: A strong enthusiasm for starting a career in sales, particularly in the insurance sector.

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Team Spirit: A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our insurance products and services to educate clients effectively.

Sales: Manage client inquiries and providing tailored solutions to client specific needs.

Education: Provide accurate information around policies and select coverages.

Documentation: Ensure all client documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and follow-up.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to enhance sales processes and improve client satisfaction.
