We're seeking a motivated Recruiter to help grow our Farmers Insurance district by identifying and guiding candidates interested in a long-term career opportunity with Farmers. You'll use online platforms and local outreach to connect with aspiring professionals and support them through the onboarding process.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements:

Active P&C and/or Life & Health license preferred. Licensing assistance provided.

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates for District-supported agency program

Conduct interviews and guide candidates through licensing and set-up

Partner with the District Manager to meet recruitment goals

Coach and consult candidates on business planning, sales strategies, and customer service

Analyze performance reports and help implement actionable growth plans

Monitor compliance and help ensure alignment with company standards

Partner with the District Manager to support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new agents
