Requirements
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Active L&H (health and life insurance) license required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Must be 18 years or older and successfully pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with employers to address and resolve benefits challenges through our tailored plans and services.
  • Drive sales by leveraging personal networking, company-provided leads, referrals, and proactive cold calling.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and facilitate enrollments both at worksites and in remote environments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and claims assistance to both new and existing policyholders.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, product training sessions, and mentorship programs for ongoing professional development.
