Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License. (If hired, the cost is on us.)

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly beneficial.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focused: A genuine desire to meet and exceed client expectations.

Adaptability: Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Team Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a supportive work culture.

Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their unique insurance needs.

Policy Advisory: Provide insightful recommendations and tailor insurance policies to fit individual client requirements.

Lead Generation: Proactively seek new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets established by the agency.

Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and claims handlers to ensure customer satisfaction and policy compliance.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
