Life & FFS Specialist
Job Overview
Our Life Insurance and Farmers Financial Solutions (FFS) Specialist primarily works with new and existing clients to market and sell Farmers New World Life & Farmers Financial Solutions (FFS) products. They will also help their Agent increase their their book of business while assisting other staff members achieve the agency quarterly and annual life goals.
California P & C, Life, Health and Disability Licensed and Bilingual in Chinese, Mandarin and/or Cantonese a plus
Salary Range: $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Core job duties include (but are not limited to):
• Partner with Agent in selling Life & FFS products to their existing book of business and external prospects
•Farm Agent's book of business in order to generate leads and cross-sell opportunities
• Establishes cross-sell and pivot systems in agencies to produce leads
• Develops agency competency in life insurance to assist with agency sales (setting appts, quotes, illustrations, etc.)
• Develops and facilitates Life sales promotions and Life & FFS product communication pieces
• Helps develop business plans designed to improve Life production and/or exceed assigned goals and expectations, e.g. sales concepts, marketing programs, presentations
• Maintains a close liaison with corporate resources in order to deliver quality and compliant support.
• Performs other job duties as assigned
