Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill an entry level customer service position. This position is part time, answering phones, filing, and learning an office type environment and the insurance industry. Full time employment opportunities are also available for sales representatives looking to improve their selling techniques and increase commissions.  This position offers a base salary + bonus opportunities. • Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in eAgent.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
