Salary Range: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required).
• Must be able to obtain or currently hold a valid Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident license in the State of Missouri

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their unique insurance needs.
• Present and sell insurance policies including auto, home, life, and commercial products.
• Customize insurance plans to suit client needs and recommend coverage options.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements.
